How do I cancel a subscription?

EventPilot subscriptions automatically do not renew and are set to be limited to three months. 

You can cancel a ScanHunt monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation will apply to the next renewal date. 

1. The project owner must log into the Conference App Builder/ScanHunt: https://portal.ativ.me
2. Click the circular profile icon on the top right
   
3. Click Account Settings
4. Click Manage Projects 
5. Click on Cancel Subscription 
   
   1. If you do not see any projects, please ensure you are logged in as the Project Owner. You can check the team on a project by clicking the X then selecting Manage Team. If you are not the owner, please contact the owner to log in and cancel the subscription.
      
   2. If the Project Owner is no longer with your organization, please contact support@ativsoftware.com with your project details, your name, and the email address you use to log in.
