The Google Play store has not been available in China since 2014. Chinese attendees who cannot download the Android app can instead use the web version of your app. You can provide the link to the web version, which is found in the CMS > Distribution > Attendee Links.
Please test your web pages via https://www.blockedinchina.net/ to ensure your pages are accessible by attendees in China.
Additionally, if you have contacts in China, we may be able to submit your app to one of the alternative app stores. Please reach out to your project manager if this is of interest.
