You can send new Exhibitor Portal links to an exhibitor contact at any time. Any new invite link invalidates any previously sent portal links. Only the last sent link can be used by the exhibitor. For exhibitors who had already logged in previously, sending a new invite requires the contact to create a new password.
- In the App Builder, access Add Ons > Exhibitor Portal
- Select the Invite tab
- Search for the exhibitor you wish to re-invite
- Click the email icon
