What's the difference between the provided event info custom views? (general information)

Overview

Attendees rely on your event app for quick answers onsite, especially when WiFi is unreliable. 

You can provide them with answers with the following three offline-searchable interactive list views. They are already built into EventPilot, so all you need to do is fill in the details. This ensures attendees can easily look up venue logistics, where to pick up badges, how to access sessions, what’s allowed, and where to go for help — without stopping at your help desk.

In addition, they provide the AI Assistant (add on feature) with the information to provide direct natural language answers. 

Event Info, Materials & Resources

Custom view ID info-event

General conference details on poster setup, awards, virtual session access, app support, and next year’s event details.

Onsite Services, Contacts & Logistics (badge pickup, food, venue info, transportation, WiFi, etc.)

Custom view ID info-logistics

Practical on-site information, including accessibility accommodations, registration and badge pickup, venue details, health and safety protocols, transportation, amenities like lounges and charging stations, and other logistical services to support a smooth event experience.

Code of Conduct, Policies & Guidelines

Key behavioral and content-sharing expectations for attendees, including the Code of Conduct, photography rules, and social media usage guidelines.

All three views are automatically included as tabs for your attendee when they tap MORE in the navigation.

How to edit your event info custom views

1. Access your project in the Conference App Builder
2. Select Design > Custom Views
3. Click the pencil icon on the following views and complete each section. Add new sections as needed: 
   1. Event Info, Materials & Resources 
      Custom view ID info-event
   2. Onsite Services, Contacts & Logistics (badge pickup, food, venue info, transportation, WiFi, etc.)
      Custom view ID info-logistics
   3. Code of Conduct, Policies & Guidelines
      Custom view ID info-policies
