How can I help exhibitors enrich their virtual profiles?

There are a number of ways that your exhibitors can enhance their online presence in our virtual meeting apps.

Learn how to effectively integrate sponsorships into your virtual events from this article.

Add Product Brochures and Web Links

Using the Exhibitor Portal, have your exhibitors upload links to PDF product brochures, new products on their website, or other such content directly to their profiles in the Conference App Builder. Please work with your project manager to properly set up the Exhibitor Portal.

Add recorded demos

If your exhibitor cannot host a virtual session, they can always create and submit a video that highlights their company or demonstrates a new product. Please have your exhibitors provide you with links to streaming sites such as YouTube or Vimeo for their demonstration videos.

Virtual Expo Hours

As part of your agenda data, create a 2-hour Exhibitor session that users will be able to access and add to their schedules.

  • Through Zoom, users will be able to virtually visit the exhibitor just like at an in-person conference. A company representative can "staff" the virtual booth during these blocks of time from home or the company offices.
  • During virtual expo hours, an exhibitor can use their Zoom session to demonstrate new products or host a Q&A with attendees.
  • For larger companies that may have several staff members acting as co-hosts of the virtual expo booth, they can use Zoom's breakout room feature to manage a large influx of attendees during the virtual expo hours.

Let Attendees reach out to exhibitors

Through the app's chat features, you can provide opportunities for attendees to connect with exhibitors in public or 1-on-1 chats. Reach out to your Project Manager for more information on these options.
