Supported Browsers and Operating Systems
If you are using a computer, ensure you are on the latest version of the Chrome browser. Install Chrome or if already installed, click on Chrome > About Google Chrome > updates (turn automatic updates ON and install the new update if one is available). If you do not hear audio in a Zoom Webinar, try joining via the Safari browser.
If you are using a mobile device, ensure you have the latest version of the event app installed for iOS or Android (your organizer would provide you with the specific name of the app to search in the app store)and you are using a supported device and operating system.
No audio in Webinar if CPU load is too high - use the following tips:
