Are filter keywords set up for your uploads? 

1. Check the Conference App Builder > Media > Data 
2. Do you see a filter with your keywords matching the upload types? 
3. If Yes, continue to the next step. If no, contact your Project Manager to set up that filter for the labels. 

Use the ActionBuilder for prefiltered lists

Once the labels for your upload types display, you can use the ActionBuilder to create pre-filtered lists.
