Can I link to a website from an advertisement banner? Can I link to a place within the app from an ad banner?

Sponsored rotating ads display on top of the session detail view and can be linked to the following: 

1. Website link (URL starting with http:// or https://)
2. Internal link to the exhibitor detail view or the detail view of a session
3. No link
