In Application Settings, you can toggle the prompt to use cellular data ON. This feature is useful for very large projects and data sets. If the device does not have WiFi access and you are publishing a data update, users would be prompted if they wish to use cellular data to download the new content.
Important:
This setting must be turned ON during the proof state of the app. The submission version must be built with the correct setting.
Outside of this prompt, users can already choose to not use cellular data via a toggle in their personal profile settings.
If in doubt and you have more than 1,000 sessions and limited WiFi, you can turn this toggle ON before submission.
