I can’t download the event? My maps are not loading? (EventPilot Enterprise or Express)

Most venues have limited Wi-Fi which is quickly overloaded with hundreds of attendees using it heavily. 

Ensure to download and activate the event before the meeting or use an area with good Internet access so your device can download the entire dataset including the map images (these can be quite large depending on your organizer and the venue location).
