How do I install the event app?

iOS

1. Open the App Store app and search for the app by entering the name of the app. If you do not know the name of the app, check with the event organizer.
2. Press the Get or Install button and open the app after the download has completed.
3. Depending on the app setup, you may be prompted to enter an Event Code. If you do not know your Event Code, check with the event organizer. 
4. Alternately, you may be prompted to choose the specific conference you are attending from a list. In this case, simply select Open to download your event.

Android

1. Open the Google Play app and search for the app by entering the name of the app. If you do not know the name of the app, check with the event organizer.
2. Select Download and open the app after the download has completed.
3. Depending on the app setup, you may be prompted to enter an Event Code. If you do not know your Event Code, check with the event organizer. 
4. Alternately, you may be prompted to choose the specific conference you are attending from a list. In this case, simply select Open to download your event.
