How can I update my password for the app?

The ability to update your password depends on how the organizer of your event set up authentication.


If the organizer set up your authentication to work with your last name and registration or badge ID, then your password is set to your last name and it cannot be changed unless you update your last name with the registration company. Please contact the registration vendor in that case to see how you can change your registration details and update your last name on your badge.


If the organizer set up authentication to work with your organization's membership system, the organizer may have included a link to the membership site where you can change your password. If that link was not included, go to the organization's membership page and change your password there before logging into the app.


If the app was set up so you create an account directly with EventPilot, click the Forgot Password link on the login page to receive instructions on how to change your password.


If you do not see a password reset option for your login type, contact the organizer, registration team, or membership provider that manages your login credentials.
