If you are using the EventPilot Zoom integration, please avoid making manual changes to your automatically generated webinars and meetings.
When you make critical updates to your event program such as a session title, date, time, or top level speaker change, EventPilot manages those changes for the Zoom Meeting or Webinar automatically. Any changes you may have made to the original event in Zoom will be overwritten.
