How do I resolve when Virtual Sessions / Webinars do not match Agenda data?

If the agenda data you have imported does not match what has been generated for your Virtual Sessions, you may have received an email warning. Your warning may be caused by agenda title, speaker, date, time, or metadata4 (Filter 4) changes. 

You can see which session IDs do not match listed in the blue sidebar warning that appears on the Virtual Sessions' Setup page: 



To resolve these conflicts, go to the Virtual Sessions Add-On in the CMS and toggle ON "Generate Virtual Sessions". This generate the meetings with your virtual sessions provider  (if date/time or new Virtual session added/removed) or edit existing sessions if there has been a change in title or speaker(s).

After the session mis-matches have been resolved, the toggle will automatically turn off (refresh the page to see that it has finished and the blue sidebar has disappeared if all mis-matches were resolved).
