The Planner website doesn't fully load (in China)? I am a speaker and the speaker portal doesn't fully load?

First, ensure you are using a supported browser, device, or operating system version. Turn off any ad or popup blockers like Ghostery and AdBlockPlus that may incorrectly block important content to run. 


Check your network settings. You could be behind a firewall that could be blocking some of the content. 


You can try the following: 

  • Change your WiFi network
  • Switch to a cellular network (data rates may be apply by your provider for accessing cellular data)
  • Turn OFF any VPN if you are have one ON
  • If you are not on a VPN, try accessing the Internet via a VPN set to East Coast
    (click here for VPNs that work in China)



If you are joining virtual events in China that are powered by Zoom, you may be required to install the special Chinese version of the Zoom client: https://zoomcloud.cn/download or https://zoom.com.cn/download 

You may want to contact the event organizer to receive direct join links if you have trouble joining live sessions.
